Editor view corrupted?
One of the Editor Window views seems to have become corrupted. It’s just a bunch of wireframe line segments. The other 3 windows display and interact normally.I’ve tried the Cameras and Display menus on the viewport but no luck.

It’s possible that you changed something in the view>config menu. I’d go through all the tabs there and make sure everything is in order.
