I’m doing an offline that was shot on film with the fps varying form 24 to 100. As the delivery material is DigiBeta PAL, I’m assuming the best route is to dump it down to tape at 25fps and then do the offline from that. I haven’t had much experience in working with varied framerates so I wonder if anyone has any advice. Is this the best way to attack it?

The “conform” tool in Cinema Tools can be very useful. It will slow or speed up any rate to the your 25fps rate, slowing or speeding the footage. Works great.
