Hi, I’m used to FCP 7 where you could add plugins in between clips, transitions, like flicker, or flash transitions, or making a flash or flicker by adding a white colored slug, and using that as the flash or flicker effect when you raise the opacity and drop the opacity on the slug using key frames, just your basic simple flicker or flash effects. Are there any free plugins on-line or transition effects in Premiere that “do this”, just a drag and drop in between a clip to make a flash or flicker, somethings that stylizes the affects?

Have you considered getting some stock effects online? Always a good purchase– something like film burn or lens flares.
