    So Hello WoRd !!!! i have 1 Q and i cant find a proper answer…
    i shoot with magilc lantern in raw format 14bit…
    1 i convert the footage to dng 14bit …. i want to make all my color coretion/editing process to photoshop …
    2 so after the adobe camera raw i export the images to dng 14bit
    3 and i open the images to ps for more and detailed color coretion to 14 bit 4 so after i save the file but i cant save to dng .. i must save to tiff 8bit (but i have done with the color coretion only left the editing process) i lose hd quality? (bizare question i now) i mean hd movies on theaters they are exported to 8bit? 14bit? 16bit?…??
    (i tried to export from photoshop the file with .raw codec but i cant open it to premiere and to photoshop as image sequence….

    Photoshop forces you to save a copy if you are working with a layered original. You have to use the PSD (native Photoshop) or TIFF formats if you NEED to keep layers.

    You can’t save PNG if the mode of your image is CMYK color.

    DNG is actually Log encoded so really, only cineon log or 32bpc float linear image sequences can retain the same quality.
