  editing Midi files and saving as Mp3

  Hi,
  Our band used to be 5 piece but we have scaled down to lead guitar and keyboard with vocals.
  We have found the Midi files we have are not very stable on Q base so we want to edit the Midi just leaving the Drum and Bass channels open and save as Mp3.
  We have a copy of Audition but not sure what it is capable of!
  Does it need an external sampler?
  Will it create Mp3?
  Where do I start?
