  I’m editing some HD footage in FCP 5.0.1. The aspect ratio is widescreen while I edit, however whenever I apply any effects, ie slow motion or transitions, it reverts that clip, in which I applied the effect, to a standard aspect ratio. why is it doing this and how do i stop it? Thanks for the help.
