I am new to editing and was hoping someone could guide me in finding elements to use in FCP and After Effects. I have a lot of stuff from Digital Juice but was looking to expand my library of elements. I have looked into video copilot as well would you happen to know of any other good products or companies I could check out?

Well, for what purpose? There are so many types of video production that something that might be useful for one won’t be for another. I for one have yet to use anything by Digital Juice. Just not the type of stuff I need. On the other hand, I need a lot of stock footage, so I use artbeats.com, revostock, corbis.com, gettyimages, pond5…

And I am all about sound effects too. So I have Sound Ideas and other sound libraries.

Motion 4 comes with 1459 elements for you to work with. Open up Motion, click on the Library tab, go to Content and enjoy.

Motion also has a bunch of templates you can always alter.

Best of luck and hope this helps.
