    Hello,

I’m trying to edit Alexa anamorphic 2944×2160 4:3 footage and after desqueezing the footage I’m getting black bars on the sides. All the responses I’ve read on other forums say to set your project resolution to 2048×858, set Input scaling preset to “Scale full frame with crop”. Then it says to set the “Zoom” to 1.142 (2944/2578) and “Height” to 0.5 to squeeze the image. FIrst, the only input scaling settings I see are “Scale to frame size” and “Set to frame size”. Second, I don’t understand what they mean by “zoom”. Do they mean the “scale” option in the effects control panel? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Zoom would be scale.
Have you tried selecting the clip then create sequence from clip?
    Curious as to what happens.
