I recently changed from FCPx to Premiere and there’s one thing i’m confused on. In FCPx I could import my 60fps footage onto a 24fps timeline, and if I decided that I wanted to keep the shot at 100% speed, I could click optical flow in the Spatial Conform box, and it would completely smooth out the shot and I was good to go. In premiere, I know I can do Modify -> Interpret footage, change it to 24fps, and it will change the speed of the clip to 40%. What if I want to keep the 60fps footage at 100% speed. Is there a way to remove choppyness like in FCPx?

right click on the video in the timeline and choose frame blending. I Hope it helped!
