Are you referring to placing ‘in’ and ‘out’ points then hitting the ‘apostrophe’ key which deletes that section while moving over the rest of the sequence? Because I have noticed that, too.

If that’s what you are talking about, sometimes it still works for me and other times it deletes the entire sequence after the ‘in’ point. Very frustrating.
