  Editing 24 frames/second and negative cut

  Anyone has a solution for editing 24frames shot movie, put on 25 frames pal DigiBeta that must be synched to audio files on Premiere Pro?
  I can speed the audio by 104.1% or slow the video down but is there a way to have a 24P timeline where i import my videos and thus get them playing slower without messing with the audio?

  It’s a short movie shot on 35mm 24 frames/second,audio on HardDisk recorder …the project must be negative cut at the end…
  Have the Film code burnt on screen.
