edit transfered to tape
I have footage edited in final cut express that’s 720Pnative DVCPRO HD at 24 fps. I’m trying to put it onto a DVC HD mini DV tape in a Canon VIXIA HV 30 camera. Upon setting up my “print to video” preferences the Transcoding to HDV begins. As that finishes the camera goes to the “HDV Print to Video” mode. That’s when the camera displays a “Check the hdv/dv signal” followed by “Input signal not supported”.
Can anyone help me with this? -

I have exactly the same problem, only my footage 25fps and video camera a Canon XHA1.
Does anyone out there have any idea what’s going on? (Printing to video in imovie used to be real simple 😉
