Edit to Tape insert menu
anyone know why the insert menu is not appearing when I attempt to drag a sequence into the window?

Are you exporting over firewire?
You cannot insert edit over firewire. Assemble edit only.

nope printing to an S-2000 through kona 2, no worries now though, got it to work.

just closed and reopened FCP, if that doesn’t work you can always drag the same material down to the three buttons on the bottom left.
