Edit to Tape in FCP: Decklink misbehavior

I have the exact same problem. Where do I find the hdw-m2000 outref switch. Is it the one on the back ? (it has off-on postion) Just got the deck in yesterday and I have to use it in a couple of days. Please help.

Found it. Got rid of the green noise. Thanks everyone for the help. How could I live without the Cow.
