    Hi All,

Just trying to ETT from my system to a DVW A500P, the deck control is fine and is seeing video from my BM Multibridge. Sequence and output all match (10 bit Uncomp SD) and it’s a project that I have run off before (this is a re-title). Soooo…

I drop my sequence in the ETT window choosing ‘Assemble’ – I get the beach ball followed by a crash. I’ve had this before but I can’t for the life of me remember the workaround – anyone have any suggestions?

    Best,

    Jason

Are you sure everything is matched up? Such as your video output is set to 10bit etc? Try resetting your easy setup with the ETT window closed. Reopen the ETT and try again.

Thanks Jeremy, I think I’ve figured it now – it’s laying off as we speak, keeping fingers crossed as it’s a 96 minute-er!

I had a problem with laying this off last time, and what fixed it was using the Mastering setting rather than Edit – but declining any of FCPs black/bars/title options. I think my trying to be smart by using Edit and setting an in point in the sequence was throwing it.

    Best,

    Jason
