Way back in the early days of the ‘Edit in Adobe Audition’ functionality, we actually got a dialog box in between which gave the option to add handles to the newly created WAV file. Is that still possible?

Sorry…should have mentioned that I’m specifically talking about editing a ‘clip’, not the sequence.

I dont remember having that option, but you could copy the audio in the timeline. Give it handles and then press Edit in Audition.

    Thanks Ann!

I guess I’m thinking that it was once available when sending a clip over to Audition, but maybe handles have always only been an option when sending a sequence. Seems silly though. I mean, why would one want handles when editing a full sequence’s audio, but not for a single clip?

I guess I should fill out another Feature Request.
