Edges, How to apply
Dumb question i know, and I have searched the forum and watched some tutorials….I see that CS5 Premiere has where I can apply beveled edges to a PIP but how do i add a simple, solid color edge to a PIP? or maybe a gradient edge.

For a sold color border effects, try the Radial Shadow Effect as described here: https://premierepro.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ:How_do_I_add_a_border_to_a_clip%3F
For a Gradient Edge, just place a Color Matte on V1 with your clip on V2. Resize it to play as your border effect. Add the 4 Color Gradient effect in Effects > Generate and adjust to taste.
