edge flicker on cropped video
I have some old footage in a documentary that is cropped with a black letterbox behind it. I’ve downloaded a feathered edge crop, which helps on still photographs. But the feather crop edge doesn’t look good with actual old footage that is flickering and scratchy (typical of old 8mm footage).
Does anyone know the best way to make the edge blend into the letterbox with a similar flickering/spotty effect?
