  Echolab Commander help needed

  I’m not sure if this is the right forum or not, but we could really use your help, so please help me direct this to the right forum if this is not the best one for this request.

  We have the Echolab Commander, model Commander 2.21 controlling an E-Studio Live! switcher. We need the latest driver software for the Commander. The computer for the system is an HP Yakari Base Model DT IDE running Windows NT4.0 1-2 CPU. We had a company install our video suite and the driver software was nowhere to be found once the smoke cleared, so to speak. 🙂

  A nice guy at Echolab support told us that when they were acquired by their current company, they were put in a position where they cannot get at the driver software for their old equipment that they no longer officially support. He would gladly send us the driver, but he can’t get his hands on it.

  We could really use your help getting ahold of the latest available driver software for the Commander controller.
