Easy way to edit with many clips?
I saw a video where he could move all the clips to the right of where he split a video. I can’t remember what video and it wasn’t the selection tool. If you have lots of clips the selection tool can get really annoying.

I Think you are probably referring to the “auto Ripple” feature.
