Easily Rename Optimized Clips
Before I submit a feature request to Apple, is there a way to rename Optimized Clips created with FCPX? I’d like to append something on the clips’ names to differentiate them from the original clips in the finder.
Ex:
– Interview_Clip_01.mov – ORIGINAL CLIP
– Interview_Clip_01_Transcoded.mov – OPTIMIZED CLIPtony

+1 on this. I really don’t like the way FCPx handles media. There’s too many copies. I hope this can get a bit more developed as it’s kind of goofy and oversimplified now.
