    Easiest way to trim/delete clip without affecting other clips in timeline?I can just use P, but that only works in primary track? When I use this on other tracks, it just doesnt work?

    The position tool works in secondary story lines just like it does in the primary.

    Strange – when I use P and delete the clip in secondary storyline, it does’nt affect my primary, but it sure affect my secondary.

    He, he. Yes, but just by deleting the clip, leaving the space open, and show the primary. Now all the medium on the right side of the clip are pulled back to fill the empy room. It messes everything up.

    Select the clip you want to delete and then shut shift delete.

    This leaves a gap.
