    ease out ease in keyframe interpolation

    I searched the posts and archives for this to no avail. I’m surprised that it hasn’t been discussed.

    Two software packages I own have a simple way to zoom with an ease out and ease in. By that I mean
    the zoom starts out slow and then picks up speed which remains steady until it comes to the end and
    slows down to a stop.

    I’ve tried differnet interpolations, but I can’t achive what other software does.

    Ideas?

    Take a look at the “smoothness” setting. By default, that is now set to “0” in Vegas 7. If you change that to 100, it will ease in and out.

    In previous versions of Vegas, the default was 100 and people complained that it ALWAYS did an ease in/out.
