  Dynamically resizing painterly text box

  Hey all,

  So, I am still very much new to ID. Making the jump after getting fed up doing all my graphic design work in PS.

  I am wondering whether there is an advisable workflow to make a text box like the one below.

  

  I would like to be able to resize it and for the painterly borders and lighter background to either get cropped or resized. So this would require linking it all together somehow, but I am not sure where to start. Does ID have a tool for this?
