Dynamic Link woes
I’ve been using Dynamic Link with Premeire Pro 5.5 and After Effects 5.5 with very little trouble.
Recently I’ve been running into this error. The project is 1920×1080, 29.97. I have one long interview on the Premiere timeline that’s been cut into a bunch of segments.
I right click on one of the segments and select “Replace with AE Composition”
Once AE opens up, it links to allllll of the shots on the timeline, not just the one.
Then if I try to do anything the error “Adobe After Effects error: overflow converting ratio denominators” pops up again and again until I have to force quit the application.
From my research, that error seems to be due to some kind of error in AE interpreting the frame rate of the clip. However, when I right click > Interpret Footage, AE IS interpreting it correctly at 29.97.
I’ve never had this problem before with any other project.
Thoughts?
