  • Dynamic link to After Effects problem

Posted by Izzy Traub on June 10, 2009 at 3:20 am

My computer crashed a little while ago, and we had to reload the system, but no data was lost.

The project i am working on, has every single shot dynamicly linked to After Effects.

The links held up fine, but there is one problem, about 10 shots have some how recut them selves, and or have been shortend. The funny thing is, is that some how the audio still matches up. I cant seem to figure out how to solve this problem.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated,

    -Izzy

If everything is Dynamic Linked to AE…are those AE project files somehow altered or corrupt?

That is one of the problems, i cant seem to see if they are corrupt. as far as i can tell they are fine, accept for the recutting, and shortening of footage. but they dont seem to be corrupt.

    thanks

So the footage being moved or the ‘select’ changing is happening in the AE projects?
