  Dynamic Link not working Encore CS5 after transcoding

  I made some edits in several timelines that were dyamically linked to Encore CS5. This seem to be working fine initially, however I created a sample DVD that required Encore to transcode the timelines, now when I make changes in Premiere, these changes are not reflected in Encore. I tried to re-link, but Encore says the asset are already part of the project and won’t allow it. Any suggestions.
