So I’m trying to get my dynamic link between AE and PP to work again, on Mac.
I’ve deleted render files and rendered again, closed both applications and opened again, made a million changes across both applications to try to get a response; nothing.
I think my issue is that this is a project that had to be converted from CC 2016 to CC 2017, because I just recently upgraded the CC suite.
Could this be right?
Any help would be great,
Now when I try to create a new DL in PP, it says AE must be installed, which it is.

I’m afraid I must repeat what many have said before me; that is to suggest you roll back to an earlier build of the Adobe software. Based on my reading, to say 2017 is “not ready for primetime” would be an understatement.
I’ve concluded I do not want to touch a CC upgrade until it is released as at least dot 2, if not dot 3.

Win 7 64-bit
Adobe CC 2015.02 (as of 6/2016)

Typically cutting short form from HD MP4 and P2 MXF.

That’s what I was afraid of.
I had so many other bugs that CC 2017 fixed, now I’m stung with this one

Strange – it doesn’t seem to be a problem on Windows. I’ll have to try a Mac and see what happens there.
