Dynamic Link Frozen (PP to AE)
Hey, folks. If it’s not one thing, it’s another! Must be a big, important project. My AE is freezing up when I try to use Dynamic Link by importing a Premiere project. Just started happening. Any ideas?
Also freezing on auto-trace.

How long is the sequence you’re trying to Dynamic Link?
What, exact, version numbers of AE and Premiere Pro are you using?
Is there a reason you need to use Dynamic Link instead of using AE’s Import Premiere Pro Project command or rendering production codec of the sequence to import?
