Is it possible to make the Compositionlenght dynamic, so when i put a Song with 02:14 the Maincomp should set to 02:14.

No. You can either make your main comp extra long, then simply set the work area when you add the song, or you can create a comp directly from the song by dragging the song item from the project panel onto the New Comp button.
