  DVX102B DIY External Follow Focus

  I am wanting to make my own follow focus/iris adjustment unit for my DVX102B using the cam remote jacks. I can get the right range with about a 20k Ohm pot, but on many of the commercial ones available I am seeing switches to turn auto focus or auto iris on or off (not that I find myself often using either of the auto functions). But I was wondering if anyone knew how they wire in those switches (since the plug is a 1/8″ TRS plug). It might be nice to occasionally switch auto on. (Or if anyone knows what else can be done with the cam remote jacks on the back)
