    Hey everyone,

I am considering either getting the 100 or the 100a. I can find the 100 for much cheaper I am just confused on focusing when using 24p. I know that the footage plays jerky on the LCD so does this make focusing really tough?
would an external LCD solve the problem of the jerkyness?

Also, is using the 24p hard to do because of the way it is played back?

    Thanks in advance,

    -Logan

All playback is 24p pulled down to 60i so focusing would be identical to any other DV camera you’ve ever used.
