I noticed on the Panasonic DVX 100 A and B models the 24p mode can be set in different ways. The F5 selector is the most obvious, and a noticable change occurs in the viewfinder. But, in the F1 mode, there is a 24p option within the menu/camera settings – is there a difference?

Might want to spend a little more time peeking through the manual. The F1-F6 are scene file settings that come with factory presets and can each be set to any shooting mode you want.
