I’m looking at the possibility of putting together a multicam system with our SDX-900 at the center. This is budget minded (relatively speaking) of course or I would simply get two more 900’s. This would be for a cooking show, shot indoors, and hopefully cut using multicam in our FCP suite. We would plan on shooting 25meg with the 900 and like to shoot 30p.
My question is: Does anyone have any experience trying to cut DVX footage with SDX, and if so how does it look or are there any pitfalls? Is there an easy way to set-up the DVXs to help match with the 900’s set-up. There will be some room budget wise for color correction/ camera matching, but nothing too extensive. Any thoughts or suggestions helps.
    Thanks.

Noah, Thanks for the post over on 2-Pop. That being said, I understand crossing posts on various forums within a site, but seperate sites?!
I know you are on both forums but you’re not everyone.
