  DVI vs SDI color space

  HD footage are inherently rec709 color space. Now, if i playback my prores HD Mov file using a computer with an AJA Kona via its SDI output to a projector….i see the file in its native color space.

  If i playback the same file with the same computer but via its graphic card’s DVI output, does it mean the projector is now getting an RGB signal ??? as if i understand correctly DVI is only RGB.
