Anyone used DVDlab Pro for a project that has been replicated ? After each update and release, this great authoring tool become more more robust, but I didn’t heard about someone who really used it a replicated project. Maybe our friend Trai Forrester could say little on that ?

I think if you read the posts down further you’ll find someone who had a mega nightmare doing exactly what your considering.

Yeah…I’d sure be reluctant when even thier website tells you it’s recommended for professional use 🙂 Great program though.

I’ve done over 60 retail releases so far with no replication issues. It’s not as strict as Scenarist and lacks a few things like DLT support, seamless angles, etc., but it’s the only other pc dvd authoring program with full scripting capability.

    Hi Guys,

When Roman Voska, owner and principle of Media Chance and DVD-lab PRO says the program is ‘not for professional use’, he’s merely stating what Apple, and a few other DVD authoring tool manufacturers should also be admitting 🙂

I’ll have more to say (with verifcation reports and playback testing results, observations, etc.) about DVD-lab PRO at another time.

    Take care,

Any updates on this issue? I’m currently looking at DVDLab Pro and would also use it for replicating. I’ve used Encore for replicating with no problems, so i cant imagine why DVDLab Pro wouldn’t work.
