DVDA3 Timeline Navigation Question?
Experts,
Is there any way to either Identify I frames in an MPEG2 file on the DVDA2 timeline or to navigate forwards and backwards on I frames in the timeline on a DVD compliant file?

Not that I am aware of. I think you would have to use some other program to identify where I-frames are located.
