  DVDA3 retain aspect ratio when not 720×480

  How do you constrain the original media dimension 480×360 in DVDA3? Basically, I want to drop a 480×360 clip in a DVD project and fill the rest of the screen with black for 720×480.

  I might have to go back to Vegas. How??
