DVDA3 – error on make disc
Can anyone help?
I set up my menu, preview works perfectly, but when I want to go ahead and prepare the disc I get an error.(immediately; – DVDA then shuts down)I have tried a simple one clip test, made new temp files on a disc with heaps of room, checked all settings (PAL), made sure the sound and video clip has the same name, even reinstalled DVDA.
Can anyone suggest what else I can do to get it working?
It was OK – I rendered/prepared a disc overnight in DVDA and it gave an error – I initially thought it was a disc space problem but nothing I do can get it to work.

Brian, have you had this problem before, or is this the first time you are trying DVDA3?
When you click on “Make DVD,” are you then clicking on “Prepare,” or “Burn”? I have had better luck using “Prepare,” then burn the DVD from a program like Nero. (I use RecordNow Max.) Good luck! Jim

Hi Jim,
I tried both options with the same result. I had a similar problem before – but that bombed out half way due to insufficint disc space. This time it bombs out after “thinking” for a few seconds.regards
