DVDA2: Can’t go to Opening Menu after hitting STOP on remote
Hi All,
OK. like the Subject above says, I just can’t figure out why I can’t get back to my main menu after hitting stop. I can get there if I hit Menu on the remote during playback or pause. Also, I would like to return to the main menu automatically after the show ends.
My “play all” menu works fine, my scene selections work fine… it’s the STOP button and the end of the show that brings me back to the DVD player opening screen. I then have to open and close the drawer of the player to get to the start menu.
I was trying to find this in the Quickstart manual that comes with DVDA2. The online pdf is essentially the same as the quickstart. Sooooo … no help there.
I must be missing something simple…

Doesn’t the STOP key do exactly that anyway. It’s a command to the DVD player to STOP playing the DVD. I don’t think this is a key that is trappable by DVDA. I may be wrong…
