Does anyone know the current way to reliably include a URL link on a DVD-menu button? On a PC.

There has been talk here, previously about programs like Syzygy (later called SpruceLink) and eDVD4 which enabled this function. But these programs seem to have been discontinued.

Also, if anyone has a copy of either program they would like to sell, please contact me.

    thanks, c.u.

The programs you mention have been discontinued for a good reason. None of them ever worked reliably.

DVD Studio Pro has a solution called @Access – It doesn’t work very well either.

My answer to clients that ask for this feature is to tell them (in a nice way)”No, it cannot be done”.

your next option is to get hold of something called Adobe Director (version 11.5 is the latest). This will enable you to include an executable which will autorun your Director project.

If you do use this route, you’ll open up more possibilities than just adding a weblink button to your DVD.
