My question is this, how do I prepare a project which will be made to DVD via a Post House? MPEG2, QuickTime (does Vegas have any problems with large QT files?

Should I be delivering a DV-AVI uncompressed file to the POST HOUSE?

Will the project look better via the Post House than with DVDA 4.0- (I need to hear your results…)

DSE mentioned recently about “MOJO, GOGO” compressions vs DVDA and the via la diference with DVDA…

What Post Houses have you used that will produce PRO results with Vegas 7 and 8?

I’ll ultimately contact them, but needed the collective wisdom of the VEGAS BORG!

    Thanks,

    Thomas

Every post house is different so what will work at my local shops may not work at yours.
The time to talk to them is now to find out what their needs and how you can best meet those needs.

Beyond that, the two main options from DVD Architect would be to burn a playable DVD (some can work from that) or create a “Master” – deliverable in multiple ways (depending on the post house) available in the later versions of DVD Architect.
