Check out Vortex Media’s How to shoot a great looking interview. It is 40 bucks and an hour long. It has great tips and is very strait forward. I believe dvcreators.net also has a lighting dvd called enlightenment. I have not seen it but have enjoyed other dvcreator.net material.
