  DVD to timeline – render mp4 bitrate?

  I got an old DVD, 4 mbps.
  I am to render this to mp4 for upload to Vimeo, aften using some filters i Vegas Pro. Will there be of any benefit to use a higher bitrate than 4 mbps?
