    I’ve completed a project in PProCC and want to make it readable to PAL users. What should my settings be in Adobe Encoder to accomplish this task? Any help is appreciated.

    Hi Ed,

    From what everyone always says on the forums, PAL DVD players will all play NTSC DVDs, as the capability is built into the players. I would just supply the NTSC DVD you already created. Changing the frame rate in Adobe will likely create substandard results.
