    DVD Studio Pro help!!!

    I’m using DVD Studio Pro 3 on a dual 2.0 G5 trying to author a disk and I’m getting an error when it starts to format.
    [Cannot writ medium – incompatible format (0X30, 0X05.)]

    I’ve never had this problem before and I use Compressor from FCP for my MPEG 2 conversions.

    I use the same DVD-R disks (though a new brand – Memorex) for authoring and I’m not sure what I can do to fix the problem.

    If anyone knows a solution, I’d really appreciate some insight.

    Try a different brand of media- I’d suggest HP or Maxell.
