dvd studio pro AND bitvice
Hi everybody,
I converted an HDV 720p24 file in mpeg2 using BitVice.
I am very happy about quality and motion compared to Compressor.
I am now importing the file into DVD studio Pro (FCS2) and the software would convert automatically the file, compromising of course the quality that BitVice gave me.
In other words, when I import the assets the status bar starts, and I assume that dvd studio pro is converting the file in a new mpeg2 file.How can I make sure that the BitVice mpeg2 file wont be converted again by DVD stdio pro?

DVDSP is just parsing the mpeg — no re-encoding or quality loss.
