DVD S PRO hardware error
Hello…
has anyone come accross the hardware error dialogue when burning dual layer DVDs???
A director and myself built a disk to the hard drive last thing at night before the director had to fly to the US the next morning, and unfortunately we ran out of dual layer Disks so couldn’t test the final build… he then had to fly off and deliver the disk to his client… so he is now trying to burn a disk which has a VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folder on the hard drive… but he is getting a hardware error dialogue at some point during the burn…
Has anyone had this error before and knows a way to fix it? as far as i know everything should work… I am guessing that it is either the brand of disk or a problem with his burner drive? would I be right, and which one would it be and how to fix it..???
any ideas would be greatly appreciated…

And how is he burning the disc, what type of media is he using, what system if he on. What exactly is the error.
Sure would be nice to have real information.
