DVD Region question
I have a client who needs a “Region 0” or “Region 2” DVD. I understand that the world is divided up into regions for DVD playback but I haven’t had to deal with this before. Can I deliver what the client needs? I am in the U.S., working in NTSC and authoring on DVD Architect.
