  DVD recording error code 0x0c, 0x00

  hi there

  i am having problem when trying to burn dvds, i get an error code 0x0c, 0x00 and the recording stops. I work with mac g5, tiger version and the optical driver is pioneer 170d.
  has anyone experience this problem before?
